180 people die after vaccination in India
Toronto, April 13: The second wave of infections through coronavirus pandemic has broken the record of five detection periods in India in the past week. Although the first wave did not cross the daily identified numbers of 100,000, this time it has surpassed. In such a situation, the government of the country is giving importance to the vaccine program.
However, a report by the agency of National Adverse Events Following Immunization highlighted the negative effects of the vaccination program. According to the agency, 180 people have died in the country after being vaccinated. The Indian media, the Hindu has reported this news.
As of March 31, 180 people had died after receiving the vaccine, according to the agency. Of these, 75 percent died within three days of receiving the vaccine. However, it could not be confirmed that these deaths were due to vaccination.
So far, about 617 cases of ‘serious illnesses’ have been reported in India since the vaccine was administered.
In Britain, the European Union and India, there have been many similarities in deaths after vaccination, the report said. Like the European Medicines Agency, it recommends monitoring of blood clotting and platelets loss after vaccination.
Indian experts believe that people are reluctant to take the vaccine due to death. As a result, the government has not yet reached the desired goal. The government claims that there are enough vaccines in stock, but it is not possible to vaccinate everyone due to reluctance of the people.
So far, 98 million 75 thousand 160 people have been vaccinated in India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for a special ‘vaccination program’ in every Indian state from April 11 to 14 for a maximum and appropriate use.
