Deputies “approve” Draghi

[GTranslate]ROME – After the Senate, the Chamber of Deputies also gives trust to the Draghi government, with 535 votes in favor, 56 against and 5 abstentions: among the “no”, those of Fratelli d’Italia (in whose team a deputy who left the Lega, Gianluca Vinci) and the “dissidents” of the M5S who will probably have the fate of their colleagues in the Senate  who had voted no to trust and who were expelled from the Movement.

Two tigers at Indiana’s zoo
test positive for Covid-19

[GTranslate]INDIANA – Two Sumatran tigers from the Fort Wayne zoo in Indiana, USA, have contracted the coronavirus: the same zoo has announced it, according to CNN. The two tigers had been tested for Covid after one of them showed symptoms of the disease on February 1 and both tested positive on Friday. The zoo is working with local and state health authorities to try to pinpoint the source of the infection.

Scuola, a far paura ora sono le varianti

TORONTO – Le varianti del Covid preoccupano Toronto, in modo particolare le scuole. È un dato di fatto che nelle ultime settimane sono cresciuti i focolai all’interno delle scuole che si stanno adoperando – assieme al Toronto Public Health (TPI) – per fronteggiare la situazione.

Sono otto le scuole – del sistema pubblico e di quello cattolico – dove nuovi ceppi del virus si sono fatti strada: la Beverley School, la Danforth Collegiate and Technical Institute, la Yeshiva Yesodei Hatorah, la Gulfstream Public School, il Toronto Cheder, la Helen Catholic School, la Dante Alighieri Academy e la Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School.
