In Ontario 3,265 new infected and 29 more deaths

TORONTO – April 27, 2021: Canada stood yesterday at 1,192,427 positives for Covid-19, an increase of 4,509 more cases than in the previous 24 hours. The number of victims – nationwide – yesterday reached 24,066 total deaths, 42 more than on Monday. In Canada yesterday the number of recovered people from the coronavirus stood at 1,084,029.

Ontario expands vaccine eligibility to residents aged 45 and older in hot spots

TORONTO – Minimum requirements for receiving the Covid-19 vaccine are being lowered in Ontario hotspots. This was announced by the provincial minister of health Christine Elliott, confirming the news that she had been in the air for a few days now: the goal is to give a turning point to the vaccination campaign of the province, managing to reach another slice of the population that wants to vaccinate against Covid-19.
