On Tuesday, health officials in the Philippines logged 16,361 new infections, pushing the total number of confirmed positive cases passed 2.4 million. Of the cumulative total number of cases, 91.3% are considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, Covid-related deaths increased by 140, bringing the total number of fatalities to 37,074.
