This week, Nurse Practitioners (NPs) across the country celebrate their practice during National NPs week, (November 7-13). Across the nation, more than 6,086 licenced NPs have been providing care to Canadians and continue to help people maintain their health and guide them in the treatment they need when illness occurs.
With the largest vaccination campaign underway, the province has administered more than 22.6 million doses into the arms of Ontarians. According to data last updated on November 7, numbers released by the Ministry of Health show health officials administered 12,754 vaccine doses on Friday, up from 8,809 doses the day prior.
