TORONTO – Oakville Trustee Nancy Guzzo was before the Hamilton courts (January 28) fighting twelve counts of fraud. The matter, which has been before the courts for over one year, will have to wait until 2023 for any sort of conclusion.
Daily update of Ontario’s Covid-19 Vaccination Campaign
With the largest vaccination campaign underway, the province has administered more than 30.6 million doses into the arms of Ontarians. According to data last updated on January 31, numbers released by the Ministry of Health show health officials administered 91,134 vaccine doses on Sunday, up from 68,327 doses the day prior.

Ontario: ricoveri ancora in calo, altri 58 morti

On Saturday, health officials in Russia logged 121,228 new infections, pushing the total number of confirmed positive cases passed 4.8 million. Of the cumulative total number of cases 87.1% are considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, authorities have reported 617 Covid-related deaths for a total of 330,728 fatalities attributable to Covid-19.
Ontario, some restrictions removed from tomorrow
TORONTO – Despite everything, there are conditions for a first easing of restrictions. This is what Ontario Premier Doug Ford said when he announced that from tomorrow gyms, restaurants, theaters, casinos – everyone can open at 50% of the capacity – and indoor social gatherings will increase from 5 to 10, outdoors they can reach 25. Protest of COVID-19 restrictions unfolds in Ottawa
TORONTO – Second day of protest today in Ottawa. Thousands of protesters joined the “Freedom Rally” organized by a group of truck drivers to denounce the obligation of vaccination to cross the border with the United States and on Saturday they reached the Capital. The two-day protest was accompanied by an endless series of controversies, accusations and poisons destined to have a long aftermath in the immediate future.
