Here we provide a daily update of the data available for select countries and jurisdictions as of November 11, 2021, at 4:00 pm EST.
On Thursday, health officials in Germany logged 50,131 new infections, pushing the total number of confirmed positive cases passed 4.9 million. Of the cumulative total number of cases, 90.0% are considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, authorities have reported 219 Covid-related deaths for a total of 97,818 fatalities attributable to Covid-19.
Daily update of Ontario’s Covid-19 Vaccination Campaign
With the largest vaccination campaign underway, the province has administered more than 22.6 million doses into the arms of Ontarians. According to data last updated on November 11, numbers released by the Ministry of Health show health officials administered 15,962 vaccine doses on Wednesday, up from 15,257 doses the day prior.

TORONTO – New surge in Covid-19 cases in Ontario. After an average week start, provincial health officials today recorded the highest number of new infections in one day since early October.
