Polish pastor in Calgary arrested
As reported by the Calgary Herald, Pastor Arthur Pawłowski was arrested and charged after breaking public health orders.
According to the information provided by the Calgary daily, Pastor Pawłowski was arrested on Saturday, after a mass attended by several dozen people without masks and not respecting physical distance.
His brother Dawid Pawłowski was also arrested.
Both were accused of organizing illegal in-person gatherings in addition to “asking, inciting or inviting others” to join them, Calgary police said in a statement.
In an official statement, Calgary police said: “It is important to understand that law enforcement recognizes people’s desire to participate in faith-based gatherings as well as the right to protest. However, as we find ourselves in the midst of a global pandemic, we all must comply with public health orders in order to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing,”
Alberta Health Service obtained a Court of Queen’s Bench Order ruling on Thursday, which imposed additional restrictions on protest or demonstration organizers requiring compliance with COVID-19 security measures, such as wearing masks and limits on attendance.
Police said they had served the “organizer” of Street Church with a court order prior to the weekend service without entering the premises at 4315 26th Ave.E. in Calgary.
“The organizer of the service acknowledged the order but chose to ignore the requirements for social distancing, wearing masks and limited capacity limits for participants and continued the event leading to arrests,” police said.

6 hours.
So much time has passed and Pawłowski has still not been allowed to contact lawyers or his son. The news was obtained by a journalist from Rebel News, who spoke with Artur Pawłowski’s lawyers. According to the journalist, this is not an arrest, but a kidnapping by the police state.

The second bottom of this story and the background to events in Canada.
Comments on the event on Facebook and Twitter say that Sikh mosques and temples are open. The largest Walmart and Costco stores are open. Professional hockey is open. Movies are being made. You can make a movie in a church, but you can’t pray.
Further comments say tht this is a political war on Christianity lad by the Mayor of Calgary, a Muslim, and the province’s Prime Minister, Jason Kenney.
According to comments, both Kenney and Nenji know their careers are over. Nenji has announced that he is not seeking election. Kenney, a Conservative, lost the support of his party. According to comments, he is also finished.
We received information that at the same time, Muslim temples – mosques – are completely inviolable or not inspected, Easter holidays of Orthodox Eritreans abounded in their places of worship, without control, and Sikh temples are not visited or inspected.
We will return to the topic of “The Second Bottom” soon.
