TORONTO – In theory, the provincial government, through its Minister of Education (currently Stephen Lecce) drives the Education agenda. It proposes enabling legislation, and, through its departmental officials, structures the Regulations.
TORONTO – On the 19th and 20th of October the long-awaited Court show-down between the Toronto Catholic District School Board (Board) and one of its trustees, Michael Del Grande, will finally be presented before the Superior Court of Ontario. It has been a long two year wait.

At a Board meeting held on April 19, 2022, Vice Chair Agnew announced that the Board of Trustees accepted with regret the resignation of Pat Daly, Director of Education and Secretary of the Board at the HCDSB, effective July 31, 2022.
