Welcome to the Canadian National Multilingual News Group (CNMNG). This is a project made possible through funding by Canadian Heritage. CNMNG aims to gather news researched and written by a corps of Canadian-based journalists/writers from the country’s multilingual community groups. The overall goal is to inform, analyze and critique the issues of the day in a professional manner and to provide that to publishers and editors active in the ethnocultural-multilingual press and media whose experience provides them with a perspective that is sensitive to news relevant to their own language group.
A nucleus of one hundred (100!) teenagers terrorize victims in a building; beat up teachers; storm the offices of the Administration; intimidate and threaten “the administrators”; compel younger, weaker, kids to engage in fights and in public sex (in every other society that amounts to rape) for the purposes of video transmission; distribute/sell drugs openly; students overdosing in the washrooms. TORONTO – Emergency calls were not guaranteed during the Rogers “black out” two weeks ago. A very serious thing. An issue that the company, Rogers Communications Inc., is “trying to remedy” to ensure that emergency calls can always be made and that “no future disruption cancels cellular and internet services anymore”. EDMONTON – Collapsing hospitals in Alberta. The fourth wave of Covid-19 has put a strain on the province’s health system, with around 200 patients currently in intensive care units and negative forecasts: the situation could further worsen in the weeks to come. (more…)
Toronto, May 27: Italian police on Wednesday said that they have arrested three people in an investigation into a cable car, known as “Gondola” crash in the Piedmont Mountains that left 14 people dead (in the pic by italian Vigili del Fuoco). (more…)
