Welcome to the Canadian National Multilingual News Group (CNMNG). This is a project made possible through funding by Canadian Heritage. CNMNG aims to gather news researched and written by a corps of Canadian-based journalists/writers from the country’s multilingual community groups. The overall goal is to inform, analyze and critique the issues of the day in a professional manner and to provide that to publishers and editors active in the ethnocultural-multilingual press and media whose experience provides them with a perspective that is sensitive to news relevant to their own language group.

TORONTO – If you bank on surviving this pandemic, you will need a job. Better yet, a full-time job. In November 2021, there were 43,000 new jobs reported in Toronto; 68,000 in Ontario; 154,000 in Canada. We could use a feel-good moment in this pandemic.

Corriere Canadese interviewed him after yet another story about Canada’s preparedness to sustain, and compete in, the Automobile Manufacturing sector appeared in Friday’s Star.
ROME – “Canada is getting closer and closer”. The export numbers say it, and the new Canadian ambassador to Italy, Elissa Golberg, confirmed it during a meeting with Barbara Beltrame Giacomello, Vice President of Confindustria with responsibility for Internationalization.
