The roadmap for the Government between times restricted and full agenda

TORONTO – Tight deadlines, a busy agenda and tension between the parties: these are the three boxes of a government puzzle that as the days go by takes on the appearance of a real puzzle. Justin Trudeau, after the Summit of the Three Amigos with US President Joe Biden and his Mexican counterpart Andrés Manuel López Obrador on Thursday, is preparing to turn the page and face the House of Commons for the first time since the vote on September 20th. Government, to three women for the main tasks

TORONTO – Nineteen ministers and nineteen ministers, with the three most important ministries entrusted to three women. The new federal government led by Justin Trudeau – after those resulting from the electoral victories of 2015 and 2019 – takes on a very specific connotation, where there is a perfect equal balance of gender that becomes the predominant element compared to other factors that have historically characterized the process of formation of the executive in Canada, such as geographical origin or ethnic origin.  (more…)

Totoministri, everything is ready for the new Federal Government

TORONTO – New faces, confirmations, and surprises. The composition of the new federal government is now done, whose members will be s swear tomorrow morning before Governor General Mary Simon and will immediately get to work after this long break from the vote of last September 20. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, for this third Cabinet, has promised that there will be a substantial gender balance and that, as in the past, all the provinces of Canada will have representation in the government team.  (more…)
