Welcome to the Canadian National Multilingual News Group (CNMNG). This is a project made possible through funding by Canadian Heritage. CNMNG aims to gather news researched and written by a corps of Canadian-based journalists/writers from the country’s multilingual community groups. The overall goal is to inform, analyze and critique the issues of the day in a professional manner and to provide that to publishers and editors active in the ethnocultural-multilingual press and media whose experience provides them with a perspective that is sensitive to news relevant to their own language group.
Peel District School Board offers its schools to immunize
TORONTO – The Peel District School Board (PDSB) offers its schools as pop-up vaccination sites in hotspots in the region. The offer to Peel’s health officer, Dr. Lawrence Loh, was promoted by PDSB Director of Education Colleen Russell-Rawlins and supervisor Bruce Rodrigues. (more…)
The USA plans to share its entire stock of vaccines from AstraZeneca once the COVID-19 vaccine clears federal safety reviews, the White House told Associated Press yesterday, as many as 60 million doses expected to be available for export in the coming months. (more…)
Toronto, April 25: In a week’s time, the ethical approval will be given for the corona vaccine made in Bangladesh by Globe Biotech, said Bangladesh Medical Research Council (BMRC) Chairman Prof. Dr. Syed Modasser Ali. Today at local time on Sunday morning there, he spoke to the media about it. After the approval, the vaccine will be administered experimentally to humans. (more…)
