TORONTO – It is remarkable how eerily similar President Biden’s State of the Union Address was to the Canadian House of Commons’ take note debate on Ukraine o February 28. Both were heavy on emotion, condemnation and “rah-rah” for the “underdog”.
TORONTO – They undulate, but remain around 700: this is now the average of new daily infections in Ontario. Today 740 were recorded, fewer than 835 on Saturday but up from 722 on last Sunday. The weekly average, to be precise, is now 688, compared to 564 a week ago. Of the new cases recorded today, 551 involve people who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status and 189 those who are fully vaccinated. (more…)
These past thirteen months have been marked by an unusual way of communicating – Zoom. People have been working from home and resorting to this platform to discuss the status of whatever has been assigned to them. And, families and friends have been accessing the online chat feature of the app to connect with each other.
